Tennis has been my favorite sport since I was 11 years old. I played for several years and participated in tournaments organized by the Belgian Tennis association AFT (https://www.aftnet.be/). Now as a tennis coach, I share my experience and passion for the sport with players of any level. You can always learn and have fun!

I founded Nsiona consulting in August 28th 2018 with a mission: To bring people together and facilitate sustainable growth in the Belgian enterprise sector. My passion for IT has led me to build, over the years, a set of skills that eased dealings with internal and external clients and the same for business versus IT staff. I'm happy to say that my original mission is being fulfilled and also that it expanded my horizon. I decided to add a string to my bow which is to empower people! To support and boost individuals in their personal growth plan.

As a service delivery manager I am responsible to guarantee services are being seamlessly delivered to the organization's clients. I am in charge of a variety of tasks, such as leading teams project, rectifying reliability issues, monitoring progress, tracking suppliers performance through KPIs follow up and improve customer satisfaction.

As a Project Manager, I was responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. I had to plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed during the project lifecycle.

A BI Specialist, I was responsible for managing data retrieval and analysis within an organization. My duties included organizing data points, communicating between Business end users and the IT department.
